The air-conditioning system in the villas operates from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 20:00 to 08:00.This timer system works this way mainly for environmental reasons and to avoid excessive use of the air conditioning machines If the keys are lost or left inside the accommodations, a fee of €50 will be charged during office hours and €75 outside of office hours. The guest will need to collect the replacement keys from our office. On check-out day, guests must not leave any trash in the accommodations. Guests are responsible for removing all trash; otherwise, a €150 fee for waste disposal will be charged. Guest registration is mandatory by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021, of October 26) and Greece (Law 4446/2016). Therefore, we will send you a link for online guest registration approximately one week before your arrival date.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance.
